OK, I'm actually awake and alert again now

After Thursday night's entry, still in a haze of fading sedative and painkiller, all I did Friday was sleeeeeep. But I'm getting back to normal now. My arm and shoulder are still a bit stiff, and I won't be lifting any heavy weights for a while. (And how did I gain 4 pounds overnight?) And trying to wash my hair without getting my bandage wet took a bit of thinking - a waterproof windbreaker did the trick. So anyway, I'm back. Now to go catch up on all of you.
