90 degrees here, heat index 95. 80 degrees in Elkridge, MD, where we have found a temporary apartment until we buy a house.

Let's see. Of course, with last minutes come last minute crises. Today's: a crown fell off one of my teeth. So, down to the dentist to get a temporary, and then when I get to MD I will have to find a new dentist right fast.

Got forms in to TX State Board of Public Accountancy to start getting my records/proof that I am a CPA here, to the equivalent board in Maryland. Never hurts to have a CPA license.

We now return you to your regularly scheduled GAAAAHHHH!!! There's still half a house left to pack!!!!

I can't believe complete panic isn't one of the mood choices!

we're booked into that first campground you recommended, the one near you. And they have wireless internet access!! Go campground! Given that what we will have is a 29' RV, the less driving, the better. In fact, if there's any chance you could pick us up in a car, that would be the ideal - not have to move the RV again till we're ready to get back on the interstate. But if that's not feasible, then "whatever is easiest" is our motto. Pancakes? Breakfast tacos? Eggs and hash browns? We'll eat any of those. (S particularly likes pancakes.)

So you'll be at the KOA site? That stands for "Kamping On Asphalt," you know. [grin] Yes, I can pick you up. We can work out all the details later, but I was thinking timewise about 7:00 a.m.? My husband may join us, and he has to be at his office by 8:30. I'll know whether or not he'll be in attendance by the time we talk on Tuesday.
