OK, just to see if my new avatar/icon looks OK. Spouse and a friend say that it doesn't look anything like me, but it looks just like me anyway. I made it at http://illustmaker.abi-station.com/index_en.shtml

Now to finish grading a bunch of homework.

let's put it this way: your driver's license picture looks at least as much like you as that icon.

Actually, it wouldn't be bad if you moved the mouth and the nose farther apart - they can be moved up and down - and made the hair a little darker. I'd see a resemblance then...
