Knitting workshop went well. Several people really did accomplish knitting. And even purling!

Exhausted after a weekend like that, had a full day today - had to grade a bunch of quizzes before going off to teach 2 classes, help a few people after class, and go to band rehearsal.

I'm going night-night.

All right!! Persephone Guinea Pig, better known as Purr, is going to be in a play! St. Ed's is putting on a production of "You Can't Take It With You" which calls for a pet in the first scene. Several of the actors in the production are in one of my classes, so when I mentioned my pets the first day, a light bulb went off... And Purr went in for an "audition" this evening. She will be onstage about 5 minutes each evening, wandering around on a desk while a playwright tries to write. The young woman playing the writer had guinea pigs as a kid, so she's comfortable with them, and the other young woman who will have to hold Purr tried it, and she can cope, so we're all set. Purr will attend a regular rehearsal tomorrow.
