new mattress!! making offer on house!!

bunrabThe new mattress got delivered this morning. Woo! I went back to sleep for a couple hours. It's a firm mattress, but so much softer than sleeping on a foam pad and folded over old comforter on the floor!
We are making an offer on a house this afternoon, contingent on selling our house in Austin. Don't know if the seller will accept such a contingent offer. We'll see. It's a nice little house - not so little, either, if you count the fact that there's a finished basement and an attic finished into a guest room and bathroom. It's close to everything we like - pizza one block away! Chinese food 2 blocks away! More if they accept our offer...
