New arrivals

Did I mention that the new chinnies are here? Their names are Darwin and Lamarck. They are, needless to say, cute. Pictures soon!

Also, fadethecat and landley have arrived for a visit.

To sleep, perchance to dream, and perchance to wake up before lunch tomorrow and to do some sightseeing. Or possibly knitting.

Low-key

Since landley is on one of his giving-up-caffeine kicks, he's doing a lot of nappage. fadethecat and I did a little bit of yarn shopping and now Fade's started on a sock. I did do a little exertion in the form of cooking - we had a sort of all-American dinner of steak, stuffed potatoes, green salad, and cherry cobbler, mostly from frozen stuff so it wasn't exactly cooking, but it was good food at home. We need to go by Safeway before it closes, to pick up some diet cranberry ginger ale.

Tomorrow is Maryland Community Band Day. It's at The Avenue at White Marsh. The concerts start at 1:00; the ones Spouse and I are playing in start at 3:00 and 4:15.

Now to go fondle a bunny or two.
