Old posts from my CHF blog

I decided that since not that many people have read my blogspot blog lately, I'd copy some of the stuff over here. I started that blog in July 2003, just after I got my pacemaker. The blog is about CHF; those of you who aren't interested in hearing me whine about illness and inconvenience may skip this entirely. (I should mention, however, that there will be some damn good low-sodium recipes as we go along.) Anyway, so's not to drown things, I am going to recycle only a few posts at a time;
