That was a headline in the arts section of my Yahoo page this evening. Um, I think he would be famous for more than his music if he is turning 150 now. They might want to rephrase that...
We watched the Branagh Henry V on DVD this evening. I had, believe it or not, never seen it, though I know every note of the music, of course; that is a beautiful score. Now I sit there nudging squirrel_magnet and saying "pay attention to the homosexual subtext" and snickering every time leeks are mentioned. Lea, you are a bad influence.
